All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, are shipped via United States Postal Service Express (3-5 day service, not guaranteed). This service provides delivery confirmation for all of our orders. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.
All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, go out United States Postal Service Priority International or Express Mail International. Tracking numbers are given, but the postal service does not typically allow tracking of this number until the package has been delivered. Please note that minor adjustments to the shipping rate may be required depending upon the country of shipment and the CURRENT USPS shipping rates.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Hair Diva Fashions LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home to receive delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer will result in no refunds, no exceptions.
Retail Items not in Stock
Hair Diva Fashions LLC are considered high demand and we strive to have all products available for immediate shipment and or on location pickup. If products are not in stock at the time or your purchase please allow a two week restock turnaround.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Hair Diva Fashions LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Hair Diva Fashions LLC is not responsible for packages stolen or abandoned, Upon inquiry, Hair Diva Fashions LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Hair Diva Fashions LLC is not responsible if an order that you feel was processed or filled incorrectly, you must review your order prior to placing an order. We strive for great service customer, if you placed an order and the product is incorrect please contact us by phone or email immediately of placing your order and we will do our best to provide customer satisfaction.

Thank you for shopping with hairdivafashions.com. Due to Covid-19 we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once an order has shipped your order can not be canceled. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been processed and or delivered to the address provided in an order, no exceptions.
Damaged products may be returned after contacting email@example.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective goods/product(s) with a description, goods/product(s) must not have been tampered with.
