Not Accepting Natural Hair Clients At This Time. 

Services | Price List 
Hair Diva Fashions provides quality service's with a one on one experience for each client, focusing on hair care and specializing in women's short hair services. All clients must complete a client data profile form, clients are ask to advise of any allergy/scalp/medical conditions etc., this information is kept confidential for professional use only. Hair Diva Fashions is not responsible or any flare-up. In addition, to pre-existing hair/scalp conditions, improper at home maintenance and or improper removal of protective styling etc., 


Hair Diva Fashions reserves all right to discontinue/refuse any service(s) that does not uphold within the Hair Diva Fashions brand or offered service(s). All services provided are listed in the service tab, thoroughly review prior to booking appointment. Price list is subject to change without notice. Hair Diva Fashions is not responsible misuse of services and products.  


Lobby Waiting Area 
Waiting area is for clients who are waiting to be serviced only. In addition; pets, guest or children are not allowed in the salon. *Service pet, owner must show service pet certificate, failure to provide proof will result in no service with a service fee for inconvenience. No smoking in salon and or foul language. No exceptions. 


Punctuality / Cancellations
To ensure that you have an efficient and fabulous experience at Hair Diva Fashions, please arrive on time to all scheduled appointments, there is not grace period. In addition, clients who are late to appointments will determine service, cancelations and/or rescheduling the appointment which are subject to future appointments. No-show are will be charged 100% of full service. Habitual no-show and cancellations of scheduled appointments may result in discontinued service, no exceptions. 


Consultation Appointments 
Consultations are $25, separate fee from the desired service(s) and nonrefundable. All new clients and or returning clients that have not been serviced within 6months are required a consultation who experience alopecia, thinning hair and/or hair loss. The consultation fee is due at the time of booking the consultation appointment and separate from any future service(s). Consultations are required for protective styling who experience alopecia, or thinning hair, platinum blonde and fashion color.


Deposits | Booking an Appointment
Deposits are not required, subject to change. 


Cash, credit/debit cards and cash app are accepted as form of payments for services and products. Clients must have all payment balances ready at the completion of service. All payments must be remitted at the end of service prior to leaving the premises, no exceptions. Card will be kept on all on all client personal data file for all hair appointment and retails purchases. Checks or money orders are not accepted as a form of payment. 


Retail Products
Customers may purchase retail product(s) online and or on location at the salon. If purchasing on location and not being serviced, call before arriving to be given a set time frame to pickup order. Online pickup purchase's, the customer must provide confirmation of purchase and a valid ID at the time of pickup. Photos taking and used under the Hair Diva Fashions brand for advertising and marketing content all rights are reserved by Hair Diva Fashions.  Clients may repost on their social media with including business details. A waiver form is required for all Hair Model participants and content used, prior to any service.
