Salon Policy

Punctuality

To ensure that you have an efficient and fabulous experience at Hair Diva Fashions (HDF), please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving 10 minutes late after your scheduled appointment will result in a late fee, appointment cancellation and/or a rescheduled appointment.

New Client Consultations | Booking An Appointment

All new clients or clients that have not been serviced within 6months are subject to a consultation. Consultations are provided one on one in person, for all inquiring hair services.  *The consultation fee is $25.00 and is a separate charge from the desired service(s) and nonrefundable, this due at the time of at of booking the consultation appointment. All discussed information is confidential and filed. A 50% deposit of color or protective style services is required when booking an appointment and the remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

Services 

Hair Diva Fashions specializes in women's short hair services, all styles are designed to your personal preference. *Recommendations will be shared by the owner/operator that best suites the client hair journey needs. All clients will complete a client data profile form, all clients are ask to advise of any scalp/medical conditions etc., on a need to know bases to provide accurate services and products, this information is kept confidential for professional use only. Hair Diva Fashions LLC reserve all right to decline any service(s) that does not uphold within the Hair Diva Fashions brand or offered service(s). 

No Show | Late Cancellation 

No shows, late arrivals (after the grace period of 10 minutes) and late cancellations (less than 24-hour notice) will result in a $25 fee. 

Lobby Waiting Area

Waiting area is for clients who are waiting to be serviced only. There are no guest or children allowed.

Payments

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for services and products. Clients must have payment ready at the completion of service, all services must be remitted at the end of service before leaving the premises. Gratuities are also welcomed in the form of cash or card.  Checks or money orders are not accepted as a form of payment. 

Retail Products

Customers may purchase retail product(s) on location or via Hair Diva Fashions online store. If purchasing on location  and not being serviced, call before arriving to be given a set time frame to pickup. Both cash and credit card transition's are welcomed. If you have made an online pickup purchase the customer must provide confirmation of purchase and ID at the time of pickup, this information is also stated at your checkout. Owner/operator of Hair Diva Fashions LLC is professionally licensed, certified and insured, owner/operator is not responsible for any preexisting medical conditions and or allergic reaction to products that may result in alterations in overall service, it is the clients reasonability to inform at the time of the consultation, please consult prior to receiving services.

By proceeding to book an appointment with Hair Diva Fashions LLC, you have carefully read and secure in binding that you are in agreeance to all terms relating to the Covid-19 and Salon Policy, Services and Payments. *Information is subject to change without notice.
