Salon Policy


Hair Diva Fashions specializes in women's short hair services. All clients must complete a client data profile form, clients are ask to advise of any allergy/scalp/medical conditions etc., this information is kept confidential for professional use only. Hair Diva Fashions LLC is not responsible for any flareup's caused by preexisting hair/scalp conditions, improper removal of protective styling etc., and reserves all right to discontinue/refuse any service(s) that does not uphold within the Hair Diva Fashions brand or offered service(s). 


To ensure that you have an efficient and fabulous experience at Hair Diva Fashions (HDF), please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment, note: late arrival effects the next client. Arriving 10 minutes late after your scheduled appointment will result in a late fee that will be applied to your service. In addition, clients who are late to appointments will determine service, cancellations and/or rescheduling the appointment are submit to future appointments.  Late arrivals, late cancellations, no shows will result in a nonrefundable $25 fee applied at the booking of your next scheduled appointment. Habitual late arrivals, no show and cancelations of your scheduled appointment may result in discontinued service, no exceptions. 

New Client Consultations | Booking An Appointment

All new clients and or preexisting clients that have not been serviced within 6months are required a consultation, for clients that have alopecia, experiencing thinning hair and/or hair loss . Consultations are provided one on one in person, *the consultation fee is $25.00 and is a separate charge from the desired service(s) and nonrefundable, fee is due at the time of booking the consultation appointment. To book an appointment, click the contact page tab at the top of the page in the navigation menu. Call direct via the number provided, online booking is not offered.

Deposits | Protective Styling | Platinum Blonde & Artistic Color 

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required of the total service to secure appointment, due at the time of booking your hair appointment. Consultations are required for protective styling, platinum blonde and artistic hair color prior to your appointment. All remaining balances are due at the completion of service.

Lobby Waiting Area

Waiting area is for clients who are waiting to be serviced only. There are no additional guest or children allowed.


Cash, credit/debit cards and cash app are accepted as form of payments for services and products, except American Express. Clients must have payment ready at the completion of service, all service payments must be remitted at the end of service before leaving the premises, no exceptions. Checks or money orders are not accepted as a form of payment. 

Retail Products

Customers may purchase retail product(s) online and or on location at the salon. If purchasing on location and not being serviced, call before arriving to be given a set time frame to pickup order. Online pickup purchase's the customer must provide confirmation of purchase and ID at the time of pickup, this information is also stated at your checkout.
