Service | Price List 
Hair Diva Fashions provides quality service's with a one on one luxury experience for each client, focusing on hair care and specializing in women's short hair services. All clients must complete a client data profile form, clients are ask to advise of any allergy/scalp/medical conditions etc., this information is kept confidential for professional use only. Hair Diva Fashions is not responsible or any flare-up. In addition, to pre-existing hair/scalp conditions, improper at home maintenance and or improper removal of protective styling etc. 

 

Hair Diva Fashions reserves all right to discontinue/refuse any service(s) that does not uphold respect to the Hair Diva Fashions brand or offered service(s). All services provided are listed in the service tab, thoroughly review prior to booking appointment. Price list is subject to change without notice. Hair Diva Fashions is not responsible for clients misuse of services, products and belongs.  

 

Lobby Waiting Area 
Waiting area is for clients who are waiting to be serviced only. In addition; pets, guest or children are not allowed in the salon. *Service pet, owner must show service pet certificate, failure to provide proof will result in no service with a service fee for inconvenience. No smoking in salon. 

Punctuality | Cancellation

To ensure that you have an fabulous experience, Hair Diva Fashions does not offer a grace period. Please arrive on time to all scheduled appointments. To avoid cancellation penalties clients must cancel within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. Habitual late arrivals, cancellations and reschedules will result in no future services. 

 

Consultation Appointments 
All new clients and or returning clients that have not been serviced within 6months are required a consultation who experience alopecia, thinning hair and/or hair loss in adjuction to protective styling with alopeia, fashion color and platinum blonde. 

 

Deposits | Booking an Appointment
Deposits are not required. To schedule an appointment call (732) 659-0416.

Payments
Cash, credit/debit cards and cash app are accepted as form of payments for services and products. All payments must be remitted at the end of each service prior to leaving the premises, no exceptions. Cards  may be kepted on file, checks and money orders are not accepted. 

 

Retail Products
Customers may purchase retail product(s) online and or on location at the salon. If purchasing on location and not being serviced, call before arriving to be given a set time frame to purshase. Online pickup purchase's, the customer must provide confirmation of purchase and a valid ID at the time of pickup.
