Covid-19 Policy
Hair Diva Fashions welcome’s back existing clientele, new clients and is committed to servicing all clientele and visitors with a great salon experience in a safe environment.

In response to the Governor’s June 22nd 2020 Executive order stage two update, all salons and barbershops were cleared to resume servicing while practicing safety protocols.
Effective Immediately

The following policy have been implemented prior to servicing each valued client; a phone screening the day before your scheduled appointment, upon arrival you will have your touchless forehead temperature check following a signature-required Covid-19 wellness waiver to conduct services, by signing the waiver you agree that you have not been exposed to the Covid-19 virus within 14 days and have not experienced any of the symptoms mentioned within 72 hours.

Policy

No walk in services allowed, you must have a scheduled appointment to be serviced.

No guest or children allowed.

Appointments are booked via phone only.

Phone screening the day before your appointment.

Wear face mask upon arrival to appointment and while being serviced.

Clients will have a touchless forehead temperature check at the time of appointment, if temperature reads 100.4 or higher may indicate a fever, client will be prompt to reschedule appointment and it is recommended to see your medical care physician as a safety protocol.

Signature-required Covid-19 wellness waiver to conduct services.

If client was diagnosed with Covid-19, client must quarantine for 14days prior to booking an appointment.

Failure to wear face mask, have temperature checked, signing of waiver will result in a refusal of service, no exceptions.

If client arrives early to appointment, client will be asked to wait in car or in lobby area. Client will be contacted accordingly by the number on file to come in.

Sanitation stations will be available for your convenience.

All frequently touched common areas, equipment and stylist tools will be sanitized in between clients and disinfected at the end of each business day.
