Hair Diva Fashions provides quality hair care services in a personalized, one-on-one setting specializing in women’s pixie short hair services while focusing on maintaining healthy hair and scalp care. All clients are required to complete a Client Profile Form prior to receiving services. Clients must disclose any allergies, scalp conditions, medical conditions, or other relevant concerns. All information provided is kept strictly confidential and used solely for professional purposes.
Hair Diva Fashions is not responsible for any flare-ups or complications related to pre-existing hair or scalp conditions, improper at-home maintenance, improper removal of protective styles, or failure to follow professional aftercare instructions.
Hair Diva Fashions reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service that does not align with the standards, professionalism, or values of the Hair Diva Fashions brand. All available services are listed under the Services tab and should be reviewed thoroughly before scheduling an appointment.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Hair Diva Fashions is not responsible for the misuse of products, services, or personal belongings.
Lobby & Waiting Area
The waiting area is reserved for clients receiving services only.
To maintain a professional and comfortable environment, guests, children, and pets are not permitted in the salon. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the salon.
Punctuality & Cancellations
To ensure the best experience for all clients, Hair Diva Fashions does not offer a grace period. Clients are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled appointments.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Repeated late arrivals, cancellations, no-shows, or excessive rescheduling may result in the refusal of future booking privileges.
Consultation Appointments
A consultation is required for:
All new clients seeking fashion color or platinum blonde services
Returning clients who have not been serviced within the last six (6) months
Clients experiencing alopecia, thinning hair, or hair loss
Clients seeking protective styles while experiencing alopecia or hair loss
Consultations allow for a thorough assessment and customized service plan.

Payment Methods
Hair Diva Fashions accepts the following forms of payment:

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services and must be paid before leaving the salon. No exceptions.
Personal checks and money orders are not accepted.
Retail Products
Retail products may be purchased online or in person at the salon.

Course Registration & Hair Model Submissions
Registration forms and submission forms are required for all course participants and hair model applicants.
Booking an Appointment
No deposit is required to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins and same day appointments are not offered at this time.
