Damaged or Defective Products

Damaged products may be returned to hairdivafashions.com after contacting hairdivafashions@gmail.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.

Due to Covid-19 shipping information is subject to change and may take longer than expected to receive your package.

We ship all orders via UPS. Once processed, your order will be shipped via UPS. Shipping Options
UPS SurePost – service could take 3-7 business days for delivery
UPS Ground-  service could take 1-5 business days for delivery

For US Orders: Normally takes 3-7 business days 
For International Orders: Usually takes 8-14 business days.
